Greetings from the Beach!

As a kid I remember summer being the ultimate time of play. No school. No homework. More time spent outside and with friends. Encouraged by the adults. Built into culture.

Now as an adult, the effort to engage in play needs to be more deliberate or it can easily be lost. I write this to you from the beach as I listen to the sound of the Caribbean Sea. A week of play. Swimming, snorkeling, bike riding. My first real vacation in 2 years.

I had not planned on working while here, but this message felt timely and important. Especially with Virginia Rosenberg’s forecast for the the New Moon in Leo today. I highly recommend reading.

However, we don’t need to be on a Caribbean vacation to play. Play can be inserted into our daily life with art, books, movies, music, comedy, flirting, bike riding, dancing, and daydreaming.

As Virginia says,
"We came to PLAY!...
Open your channel. Let life in. Love the ways life expresses itself through you."

How can you insert more play into your life? We'd love to hear about it. We'd also love to witness it and invite you to play on your yoga mat with us. Remember, yoga need not be a competition but rather an invitation to delight in the wonder and beauty of your human vessel.

It's still Summer, and the final days of the Summer Love Challenge. Are you having fun yet? Together let's celebrate the joy of being alive!

Keep scrolling for upcoming events. I look forward to playing with you upon my return.

With Love,

p.s. please forgive any typos... I am on a beach writing this after all!
