Qoya: Honoring Our Ancestors

Dance with the energies of those who have come before us, those who paved the way, those who (when we pay attention) are often offering guidance and support. But also dance with the energies of those who will come after us. Those who rely on what we leave them, those who inspire us to be better stewards of this world.

This gathering we will include movement (Qoya) and a special ritual to honor our relationship to our lineage and the cycle of life and death
