Yoga Nidra is a state of consciousness. A practice of conscious creations--creating our own reality. Most often described as Yogic Sleep. This practice activates the relaxation response and deactivates the stress response.
In my years of practice I've observed the thought and feelings of separation moving toward a direct experience of wholeness.
During this workshop you'll experience the Nidra and discussion of its many benefits. This will take you deep into the 5 layers of existence (koshas or veils) into the Limitless Self.
Please join Sethyne for a soothing afternoon. We'll perfect your Savasana-Corpse pose too. Sethyne is a iRest® Level I, Teacher-In-Training.
